The Final Hours of Half-Life: Alyx, also known as Half-Life: Alyx - Final Hours, is an interactive book chronicling the development of Half-Life: Alyx and the cancelled projects worked on at Valve in the decade leading up to it. Written by Geoff Keighley who also authored The Final Hours of Half-Life (2000), The Final Hours of Half-Life 2 (2004), and The Final Hours of Portal 2 (2011), it was released on July 9, 2020 on Steam and is available for $7.99.

The book's trailer and introduction features a remix of the Half-Life 2 soundtrack track "Triage at Dawn" arranged by Frederick "Ursine Vulpine" Lloyd.[1][2][3]
